Book is not laid out well and the writing is confusing. Of course, this is relative to all tax law, which is generally dry and confusing. That said, this is the third tax accounting class I have taken (MST program) and the other books were very well written, the layout was understandable, and the authors did a good job explaining the intricacies of tax law. This book...not so much! Not that the review will do a student much good if it is a required book for a class.
