Written from the perspective of the recruiter, this offers solid and valuable insight with specific steps to prepare. Since reading this book, I'm moving further along the interview process and faster than before. I'm confident implementing these tips and prepping based on the exercises will lead to a job very soon

I enjoyed implementing the lessons in a recent job interview but some of the advice may not be appropriate for all industries. In his closing section he says that you should ask for the job right then and there which may not be the best thing to do when applying for a state or local government job. His advice seems to be geared more towards interviewing in the executive world for a fortune 500 company but there are still lessons to be learned.
