I highly recommend this book. I have learned German 20 years ago in school for two years. I forgot everything and needed something to throw me back in to the language. Very well written and put together and easy to pick up and read. I felt i could use the book to teach German to myself without any help from outside. Its easy to refer to charts in the book and review exercises.Highly recommended
Good solid book with exercises that really help you understand tricky topics fast. The short stories are nice because the English text is right next to the German text. It allows me to read a story without Google Translate and through my own inference! Great way to learn Deutsch!
